Hi,It's not the first time I asked Paladins.guru that the ELOs score isn't accurate with Paladins matches, but they don't correct it. And many times, it's about the 'winning' games, not the 'defeat' ones, so, it's hurt a lot! This is the proof of that and, unfortunatly, ALL my team was stolen of those precious winning point because the match wasn't count in our Elos score.1. The printscreen of this winning game in my Paladin's profile.
It's about the last win: Drogoz:2. This is what is display for the same sequence in Paladins.guru: They didn't add this winning match:3. Accurate stats of for this winning match:And the proof the other teammates didn't receive their Elos points for this winning game too: teammate GOX01010:I don't put ALL the teammates, but I checked and we ALL lost those Elos winning points! As I said, I wrote to them about this problem. We need a really TRUSTY system for ELOs and unfortunatly the paladins.guru isn't the one I trust now for the stats because I never checked this before I decided to calculate if their ELOs points is accurate.
With the proof here, I can say NO.I think Hi-rez and paladins.guru work together, but when the stats don't represent the REAL rank of a gamer, they have to know that situation, because maybe it's a bug between those two platforms. It is Soooooo hard to maintain the ranking with the ranking system and the%%$$%%$$ missmatch system, when we finally 'win', we hope see this winning game in the Elos stat, not disappear as it never exist! I know that they have their own ELOs (ELO+) but they have to be accurate if gamers trust their Elo system. Inaccurancy isn't understandable in this context. They take / extract what is given from the API, not connected to it.I quote from a discussion on Paladins' reddit:Competitive Rating: a lot of people call this 'MMR', which stands for 'Match-making ranking/rating' which is incorrect because it has nothing to do with match-making at all. It's the number you see on your profile in-game. Everyone can see it, and it determines whether you get a Gold, Platinum, Diamond, etc medal at the end of the season. It doesn't do anything else besides award prizes.Match-making rating: this is actually your MMR, and no one can see it.
You can't see it, and paladins.guru can't see it. It determines the skill level the match-making algorithm thinks you belong in. It moves a lot slower than your competitive rating because the algorithm will be hesitant to move your MMR up or down too quickly.Paladins.guru ELO: this is a made-up number that the owner of paladins.guru created to try and guess what your MMR may or may not be. It has no inherent correlation with your in-game rankings, and unfortunately, it uses the same algorithm as smite.guru, where the average ranking is about 1,500, not 3,500. Obviously this has created some confusion.Paladins Guru Elo is estimated, so you can't rely 100% on their accuracy.
